WASC Registration Information
Registration for Fall 2025/Spring 2026 is now OPEN.
For Academy and Rec Teams-
Fees have stayed the same as last year. You will make the full payment upon registration for your program. This is the only payment for the Fall 2025 AND Spring 2026 season. Everything is included.

For Developmental and Competitive Teams-
Please note that fees have slightly increased this year to help offset rising program and operational costs (insurance, paint, ref fees, tournament fees, hotel costs, etc). To help us better manage and track payments, we’re simplifying our payment structure this season. In the past, tracking multiple custom payments had its challenges, so we've made a few changes. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
This year, you’ll have two options:

Installment plan – Pay 50% at registration, then 25% by September 1 and the remaining 25% by April 1

Refund Policy :
U6-U8: Players who sign up and decide to drop from a team before the first Academy game of each season will receive a refund for that season (or both if it is prior to start of fall) less a 10% admin fee and 2.9% processing fee. Players who decide to drop after the first Academy game of each season will not receive a refund.
RECREATIONAL PLAYERS: Players who sign up and decide to drop from a team before the first practice of each season will receive a refund for that season (or both if it is prior to start of fall) less a 10% admin fee and 2.9% processing fee. Players who decide to drop after the first practice of each season will not receive a refund.
DEVELOPMENTAL AND COMPETITIVE PLAYERS: Once a player has signed up (Developmental) and/or accepted an offer (Competitive) no refunds will be given. For special circumstances, you will need to send an e-mail to registrar@waunakeesoccer.org who will take the request to the WASC board.
Please e-mail registrar@waunakeesoccer.org if you are in need of a scholarship (fill out form to the right). Scholarships are offered to players who qualify for free and reduced lunch. Also, please do not hesitate to e-mail if you are in need of a payment plan as we are happy to work with families.
