Saturday, August 29th Starting at 7:00 am

 

What do you need:

-Official Team Roster (WYSA/MAYSA approved)- 1 COPY

-Additional Rosters if using Guest or Club Pass Players

-Guest Player Forms (if using guest players)

-Travel Permission Form (for out of state teams)

**We will give you a copy of your TEAM SNAP roster to use to check in before each game so all players MUST be listed and have signed waiver in Team Snap in order to participate!**
