Neil hails from London England and is the Waunakee Director of Programming since 2014. Neil's coaching experience includes Crystal Palace Academy, Brunel University London and the English Universities.

Neil's 40 years of experience shines through the English professional league, some of whom have represented their countries at various levels including full internationals. Neil tutors coaching courses in the UK and Singapore. Neil's leadership has taken him to countries including Spain, Italy, Croatia, Estonia and Iraq.

He currently holds the UEFA B License, the English FA Youth Coaches Award, FA Level 1 Futsal, USC DOC diploma, USC High School coaches diploma and the USSF C license. He also has a Bachelors Degree in psychology.
