Player Instructions for Accepting a Position on a Select Team
Player notification will occur by e-mail and will be complete within 24-hours of the completion of tryouts for U11 and by June 14th for U12-U14.

Upon receipt of an invitation to a select team, the player/parent will:
1) Read the Terms of Acceptance on the back of this sheet. Sign and date this form.
2) Notify the coach of your acceptance by replying by e-mail within 24-hours of the offer.
3) Complete Uniform Order Form online per attached instructions at Stephan’s by specified deadline and pay online.
4) A check for $150.00 will be made out to your team. This check represents a percentage of your fall coaching and tournament fees. Any remaining fees will be collected at a date to be determined by the manager. *Note refund policy on back.
5) One forms (Terms of Acceptance), One check (Team Fees), and a copy of birth certificate (ONLY for U11 players and players who are new to WASC or have only played rec in the past)

In the lower left hand corner of the envelope, call attention to your team by writing…
For Example: Attn. U12 Girls Purple
6) This envelope must be postmarked within 48-hours of offer to be a valid acceptance.
Terms of Acceptance—
Accepting a spot on a team means a player/family are committed to the team both financially and as a team member. It is expected that the family be responsible for paying team fees on time and agree to help the player to participate in all scheduled practices, games and tournaments. A player who accepts and then chooses to drop from the team at a later date places a burden on the remaining families of that team.
Refund Policy for WASC competitive teams:
* If player accepts and then chooses t o drop within 5-days of accepting, $100.00 will be refunded. Team uniform cost will not be refunded.
* If player accepts and then chooses t o drop within 10-days of accepting, $50.00 will be refunded. Team uniform cost will not be refunded.
* If player accepts and then chooses t o drop after 10-days of accepting, fees will remain non-refundable.
