                                                   Executive Director / Registrar

President:

The President’s mission is to lead the Board of Directors, supervise the Executive Director/Registrar, cast a decisive vote in the case of a tie on issues presented to the Board of Directors, and most importantly to insure fulfillment of the Club’s Constitution and Bylaws. Overseeing and assisting in the development issues of each Board member, improving the Club’s position within the local soccer community, and creating an environment of growth and success are critical priorities.

Vice President:

The Vice President, Executive Commissioner’s role is to oversee the registration process and the placement of members on both recreational and select rosters. This role also includes acting as President in the President's absence, handling issues of registration worthy of a Director’s attention, and approving policies and procedures to be followed during the registration process. Assistance comes from the Executive Director/Registrar, and each single age group will have a Commissioner for both boys and girls. The creation of an Annual Registration Procedures Manual is a critical priority.

Treasurer:

The Treasurer handles all financial transactions for the club. Assistance comes from the Registration Officer, Refund Officer, and Scholarship Officer. A Fund Raising Director, with guidance from the Treasurer and Board of Directors, will oversee community-based financial support from individuals, community groups, and local businesses.

Secretary:

The Secretary’s role is to oversee communication amongst the membership and the committees serving the membership, as well as recording and distribution of minutes of the Board of Directors Meetings. Assistance comes from the Quarterly Newsletter Director and the Quarterly Newsletter Producer. The Secretary will either approve the Registrar’s release of membership lists or present such requests to the Board of Directors, which include any and all mailings to membership.

Director of Soccer Operations:

The Director of Soccer Operations oversees the critical participatory elements of the club, including operation of the Junior's Leagues, referee training and mentoring, and field scheduling. Assistance comes from the Junior's League Director, Referee Director, Field Scheduling Coordinator, Field Maintenance Coordinator, and Uniform and Team Equipment Coordinator. These members also oversee and project the physical needs of the club, including fields and field maintenance, and team equipment. Development issues include creating soccer parks to handle growing membership and facilitate educational and tournament projects.

Director of Volunteer Services:

The Director of Volunteer Services directs and represents the volunteers who support the club with their time and effort. This includes recruitment of volunteers and delegation of volunteer related tasks. Assistance comes from the Volunteer Services Coordinator, Soccer Festival Coordinator, and each Team Manager. This position should include development of volunteer supported recreational and select tournaments. Local communities will benefit from full hotels and exceptional experiences for both locals and visitors.

Director of Competitive Development:

The Director of Competitive Development oversees and directs Annual Select Team Tryouts, Select Teams, Junior's Development Programs, High School Club Teams, and coaching and educational services for both recreational and select members. Developing the quality of staffing from both volunteer and professional sources will enhance the club’s primary mission, the social and athletic experience of our members. This position includes a full understanding of WYSA and MAYSA standards, policies, and procedures for Select Team membership. Assistance comes from the Coaching Director, Tryout Director, and may include a Competitive Committee to handle matters relating to tryouts and other competitive development programs.
