Fall 2013 - Spring 2014 Registration Information

Online Registration Information

Online registration with optional credit card payment will be the primary way to register. Registration for fall league, tryouts and summer camp will open on April 15, 2013 online. Please click the online registration GO button below. If you registered online last year, you will enter your email and password that you created last year (password can be retrieved if forgotten). If you did not register online, you will need to create an account for your family as a new user.  Late fee of $20 applies after May 13, 2013.

Refund Policy : All refund requests will incur a $20 administrative fee after a child has been registered with the exception of the club being unable to place a child on a team.  Please contact 608-850-KICK or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
