Board Members
The Board of Directors as a group fulfils duties and makes decisions for the Waunakee Area Soccer Club. Each Director has one vote on issues brought to the Board of Directors, with the exception of the Executive Director/ Registrar, who does not carry a vote. Each voting member is elected by the membership for a two-year term. The Executive Director/Registrar, Coaching Director and Assistant Coaching Director positions are appointed by the Board of Directors.
